Is the WiFi truly unlimited?

Yes! Enjoy unlimited data usage throughout your subscription period.

What if my phone, computer, or TV gets lost or damaged?

Yes, you can switch to a new device! Simply report the issue to SmartCityWiFi, and we will remove the old device from our network and register your new one at no extra cost.

Will I access the Wifi anywhere I go?

No. Currently, the WiFi will only be available at where we installed it. For example, at your home, office, business or school location. When we make it accessible everywhere, then we will let our customers know.

How do I pay for the Service?

You can pay with Cash or Mobile Money(0776-60-61-62) at our Fiamah office on Gibson Avenue, 21st Street, Sinkor.

Key Terms and Conditions

All devices, routers, cables, and equipment are owned and fully managed by SmartCityWiFi.
SmartCityWiFi reserves the right to add, remove, reconfigure, or maintain network devices as needed to ensure optimal service. We may also terminate service if terms are violated.
WiFi availability depends on electricity supply from the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) in your area. Customers may choose to provide their own backup power (e.g., generator) at their own cost.
Customers are not permitted to add, remove, or configure any deployed equipment.
